JOSEPH SIGLEY

What relation Joseph Sigley was to my grandmother, I am not sure. I am thinking it may be another of her brothers (possibly named after his father). There seems to be a lot in the family. Someone may be able to identify where this picture was taken by the unusual tower (or chimney) in the background.
