MORE DAD AS KID

First picture is my dad bundled up against the cold on the family farm in Princeton, New Jersey in 1936. Kind of a spiffy outfit.

Two years later, also on the Princeton farm, we have a picture of James and younger brother John, along with their aunt Feenie, and his favorite dog, the dalmatian Boo. I didn't catch the name of the chubby guy with coal eyes, although Frosty may have been it.

And lastly, we have my father with his brother John, and his Uncle John A. Hartpence on a visit to Baxter Mountain in Keene Valley, New York in late July or early August 1941.
