SCARECROW JOE

In the third grade, if I remember correctly, Joe had the lead role as the Scarecrow in the Satchell Ford Elementary production of The Wizard of Oz. I thought the film of the event was lost, but Chimo found it. It is about fifteen minutes long. Joey appears starting about 3:30 mark, dances for a minute or so, and then has smaller parts following. At the moment I only have a link, which you copy and paste in order to get to the google file for viewing..

Chimo found an old disc of video from 2006. Here is a link that I hope works of Joey during ballet session. He is wearing the garnet Gamecocks outfit. The quality is not the greatest, but still I love it.If I can figure out how to save the video another way, I will add it to this post.

On Friday last, while his ceramics

teacher was out, Chimo opted to do a quick acrylic painting on posterboard. This is the beautiful result, I think he has so much talent.
