A party of hikers, including John Armitage Tidd (l) and John Armitage Hartpence (r), climb Baxter Mountain. Great Uncle John seems to be hunting for something, perhaps mushrooms or berries. The two other individuals are identified as Mrs. Alwyn and Will Shaw.
