In February 1974, Bill Athey and I were awarded our Eagle Scout rank at a ceremony at the Keystone United Methodist Church in Odessa, Florida. Bill was a year older and one class ahead of me at Leto High School. We were part of the Keystone Kampers, Troop 68. Sadly, Bill passed not long ago in a light plane crash in Florida. Some of these pictures will be very hazy.
